The business continued to expand until IBM bought Kenexa for an impressive $1.3 billion. The new organization was named Kenexa, an IBM Company and added 2,800 employees across 12 countries to the well-known IBM family. This evolution has taken Outstart from its relatively modest beginnings to become Kenexa Learn.
